They are very easy to use - just uncap and inhale deeply through your nose or mouth. Keep the cap on between uses to maintain freshness.

In addition to Himalayan pink salt, the "Breathe Easy Pocket Neti" inhalers contain pure peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, and lavender essential oils. These are strong and work quickly to open congested nasal passages from colds, allergies, etc. Use alone or as a perfect addition to a neti pot. The blue label "Original Salt" Pocket Neti contains only 100% Himalayan pink salt. It has no scent. This inhaler is for pure, traditional salt therapy. These do not have the same immediate opening effect as the Breathe Easy inhalers. Instead, they are used regularly for long term respiratory health. The "Original Salt Inhaler" Pocket Netis also come in a 2-pack and if kept dry will last for several years.
